Vascular/ Nerve/ Tendon Injuries:

24 yr young boy had Road Traffic Accident with Blunt Trauma Abdomen. Patient came with non-recordable BP, non-responder on resuscitation. Immediately taken to OT. On Trauma Laparotomy and exploration, Rt side shattered kidney with IVC (Inferior Vena Cana) injury with exsanguinating bleeding. Underwent Rt side Nephrectomy with IVC repair. Patient had coagulopathy, AKI and long ICU stay on ventilator. At last, saved this young life with happy face. Urgent major Surgery, resuscitation and best critical care ICU services.
